Cambridge Cohousing got started sometime in 1995.  After looking at a number 
of sites, we located the right one,  created our Limited Liability 
Partnership in April 1997 and bought our land shortly thereafter.  We got our 
Special Permit from the City of Cambridge in November 1996 and broke ground 
in 1997.  The first group of households moved in around February 1998 and the 
final household in October 1998.
