SF Bay Area Green Construction/Community Building Help Needed

I'm in the process of completing a 70 % complete straw bale flexible
floor plan, potentially multi-household sb house in Concord, CA (about 20
minutes east of Berkeley/ East SF Bay Area). I'm moving out of the bay
area and am looking for either future owners/ contractors to help
complete this house, and possibly take the small 3 parcel e-cohousing
complex to the next level. I'm willing to consider all sensible offers or
otherwise work on an interest based negotiation to make this transition,
with preference toward alternatives which try to preserve the project's
green/community building essence. Feel free to take a look at the
