Just to add a bit here on this theme: Be clear about what interpersonal stuff you are willing to sign up for. I have been to many groups where this is not clear at all, some people expect a great deal of inter personal communications work, others have no such interest or expectations and are quite clearly not willing to do the work involved. This can be a friction point. I recommend doing a ranking of how people in your group feel about this kind of stuff, and then, if there are folks interesting in exploring inter personal communications work, letting those folks do that amoung themselves without demanding it of everyone else. I have heard good things about Non-violent communication and there is also some good co-counselling skills which are becoming more available. I would love to hear about what peoples experiences with various interpersonal communications workshops and such have been. Rob Sandelin, on the road, currently in NE Texas
