Thanks to Chris ScottHanson's amazing work last week, our group signed an 
agreement to buy 46.31 acres of land in  South Burlington, VT for $1.8 
million & change. The land is a delightful mix of the best of rural and the 
best of city. Although you can get to Barnes & Noble in 6 minutes, on this 
land you don't hear even the whisper of a car.

Will somebody please pinch me?
