Remember that as you go forward you will have homes for sale. Having people
who are interested as associate members  is a good thing for resales. It is
not uncommon for homes to come up available really late in the process, like
right before actually mortgage closings when the construction is almost
done, so having folks in the wings is a good idea. I have not yet heard
about groups having so many associate members that they get in the way or
cause over crowding problems. Maybe somebody has had this problem?
