I've seen many people on this list say things like, "We thought of that,
it's in the bylaws, so we won't have to go through what you did." I think
you're kidding yourself. {Imagine me saying this in the nicest way
possible;)}

I know that laws vary from state to state, but I think that you'll find it's
much easier to kick someone out of an organization than their home. I don't
think there is any legal way to do that. And you will also find that rules
are good as a starting place for behavior, but there will be many situations
that don't fit the rules. If it were that simple, we wouldn't need this
list.
