And all it took to get people thinking about pet policies was to count the
cats in the community -- 13.

And that was just a rough count. Not sure we got them all.

We are a condo style structure with the common house attached to the units
by walkways on three levels. Can you imagine having litter boxes in the
common house for 13 cats?
