Hi all,

2 questions today -

First, Our new treasurer-to-be would like to talk to someone who has set up
accounting for a cohousing group before.  We're at the point where people
will start to put in serious money.  Right now we're using Quicken, but
maybe we need to upgrade to Quickbooks?  Can you or someone in your group
help her out and answer some questions?

Second, I'm working on publicity for our group, and one of the things we are
looking at is some classified ads.  Does anyone have handy a short
classified ad they ran for their group?  I'm having trouble distilling down
an explanation of cohousing to a small number of words, for forums where the
people reading the ads may not know what cohousing is yet.  Anyone have
advice or a sample for me?
