I have this idea I hesitate to mention, but if anyone is up for doing any part
of it, I think it would be wonderful.

It is hard to know what search terms to use, maybe it isn't important to get
all the hits anyway, but for example, there is lots of stuff under HOA fees,
membership dues, association dues, common costs, etc  (if I remember right)
that really addresses the same issues of how to apportion costs.  I tend to
keep too much email, because of this, but i know I should really toss it all.

I wondered about some list of terms that have been used.  

Anyway, this archive search sounds wonderful
