Cohousing-L Mailing List: planning a SMALL community

Hi y'all.
This is my first correspondence with this group.

We live in a 'compound' of four housholds (2 adjacent duplexes) and have 2
more adjacent unbuilt lots. There will be a maximum of 8 households, and
possibly as few as 6.

My question is: where can I find some info about planning such a small
community?
