Greyrock Commons has thirty households clustered on five acres 
around the common green.  Common meals are available at our  
common house two to four times a week.  Ten more acres of 
community land serve as community gardens, playing fields, and 
six acres of natural area.   

The house is a three bedroom, 1 3/4 bath with about 1600 square 
feet of finished living space, and 700 square feet of unfinished 
basement that gets lots of western light and would make a nice 
family room or home office when finished.
