I've just started a 7 month contract working to promote and develop rental
housing co-ops in Western Australia.  Commencing on the tail of a brace of
state and national conferences on co-ops and communtiy housing which
emphasised social capital and the role of social housing in setting
innovative and sustainable models of housing, it's an exciting opportunity.

I thank all the people, discussions, challenges, influences and work that
set me up for this job.
