I go to the health food store and dig the stuff out of the bin. I think it
is actually rolled oats but you can also use regular uncooked oatmeal too.

Sorry, I'm an approximate cook. My former husband used to cry whenever I
served something he liked. He knew he would never taste exactly the same
thing again.
