I like the non-ideological base of Cohousing. But one could make the distinction between Christian Cohousing Community, Jewish Cohousing Community, etc. If cohousing is a subset of communities, then shared ideology groups could be a subset of cohousing. But do people have to move out if they question the ideology? Growing and changing is a general value of people interested in cohousing. Some (but not all) do not allow for much change. How would the condo or incorporation docs read? Could you get mortgages?
