Does the 43 include the adults and the 29 include the children from the
Associate households? If so I will use 27 as your unit number.

Actually, the first time I counted I missed 5 children. They were here a
minute ago... : >)

So.

There are 24 households in Pathways Condo Association; we are working on a
contract with 3 households nearby for some use rights for them and partial
monthly payment to us for that use. They were all on our waiting list when
the 3 nearby lots became available (those lots were part of the same 43 acre
rectangular piece of property the contractor found for Pathways; their houses
are at the end of our driveway, a few hundred feet away). So if you're just
talking Pathways proper, its 24 households with 38 adults and 29 children
living here. However, the neighbors are here a lot, including participating
in committee and community work, hanging out, and eating at the common house,
so use-wise, its the 27 household, 43/34 number.

Them thar ratios become..

38/24= 1.58 adults per household or
43/27= 1.59 adults per household
and
29/24= 1.21 children per household or
34/27= 1.26 children per household

Does that help?
