We have alot of dog and cat sitting going on here. Several of the dogs who
live (or lived)here get walked by non-owners either on a regular basis, or
when the owners are away. My cat gets taken care of by my next door neighbor
when I am gone. We also have a veterinarian who has spayed and neutered
several strays, stabilizing the population, at least in this block.

We currently have a very friendly stray who seems to have been adopted by
several people. He may be the first animal that belongs to all of cohousing.
Of course, we are not immune to issues about animals, but that's not what
you asked about.
