Hello  All

Another visitor from Australia!  Carol is the CEO of the Community Housing
Federation of Australia which sets the policy direction for the sector at a
national level amongst other things.  Rental housing Co-ops fall under this
umbrella.  Carol is a terrific woman and great company.  I believe she'll be
travelling with her 15yo daughter around the end of July (this I have to
check).  Carol is an ex-pat American, by the way who currently lives in
Canberra, Australian Capital Territory (like Washington, DC).  She is very
interested to stay at any coho's that are in the area of her itinerary.  As
well as the social aspect, it will be a great opportunity towards more
low-income rental cohousing Co-ops (like Pinakarri Community) in Australia.
I'm very much involved in promoting Co-ops and community housing generally
as leaders in sustainable living.
