Here's some discussion statements that come to mind:

- Limiting access to the common space of a cohousing community is an
essentially selfish act that will largely backfire.

- An important part of the motivation to join cohousing is to inspire the
surrounding community.

- Cohousing members are better off differentiating between invited
neighbours and "driving LoukieLous".

- It's impractical / futile to translate the concept of semi private and
common-but-not-public spaces into action.
