Just one thought to stir this topic. In my experience, too often these types
of discussions come from a very ME centric position. I would encourage those
that facilitate this to pull the discussion towards examining what is best
for the community. This approach can often clarify things and remove
personal want polarities which can eat lots of energy and create negative
feelings.
