Hi everyone:)
I am not sure how this list works and whether this note reaches everyone or
not so this is a bit of a test run for a newcomer.
We are in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and have a small group registered so far
as a housing society.  We want to create an affordable co-housing project
and know we face many hurdles.  Our hope is to use sweat equity for some
downpayments, having participants volunteer in our local community in
exchange.  We will fund raise for this money.
We are pleased to be getting all of your emails and look forward to tapping
in to this wonderful resource network as time goes on:)
