We built up our own list from having tables at events, advertising in local
newspapers, giving slide shows, putting up flyers, putting up a web site,
distributing brochures, and just going around wearing the cohousing
buttons.  (You can order the cohousing buttons from Ann Zabaldo.)

The U.S. Postal service will actually clean up your list for you for a
fairly reasonable charge if you present it to them in a certain format.
You need to check with the Business Services department in the main post
office in Hartford.  In Boston they do it at South Postal Annex.
