Please pardon the awkward formatting; I'm on the road and am using a very foolish Yahoo account. I would add to the post quoted below only that just because you know how to live in, or build, housing doesn't mean that you know how to live in, or build, cohousing. Substituting other key words (design, program, develop, etc.) will not alter the fundamental truth of this statement. Professionals and nonprofessionals alike are well advised to stay humble.
