Hiring good professional help will save you tons of money in the long run.
It is much less expensive than the time (and probably money) you will lose
by doing it yourself.

While some cohousing groups seem to stay together for years and years of
"getting it together" they also lose many members and spend a lot of time
recruiting new ones.

There must be a ton of messages in the archives on this. I don't think I've
ever read one that said you are better off doing it yourself.
