consulting services after move-in

For communities that employed cohousing consultant services after move-in, I
would be interested to know:

* roughly how much time was used
* which specific tasks were most important for the consultant to perform (as
opposed to a community member)?
* do you consider that having access to your consultant was critical after
move-in? (was it just hand-holding or did it help your community to prevent
costly mistakes, etc.)
