We have electronic minutes which are distributed to all electronically and a
hard copy posted and kept. However, we have a totally separate "Decision
Book" in which motions that are consensed upon are recorded. This is
obviously much shorter and it makes it much easier to find out just what it
was we decided a couple of years ago about guest room useage, etc.
