Chris did you mean to say "not experienced in multi-family?"  I would think
that you would want architects that ARE experienced in multi-family housing
design for cohousing.

Who just returned from the Urban Land Instititute's town meeting on
affordable housing and will have some interesting (?) things to say about
it.
