Thanks for the link Hans.  The book looks very interesting and highly
relevant to my current work.  Hopefully I'll be able to put my hands on a
copy through inter-library loans.

Also, Jennifer Scott, a friend in a housing co-op here just sent me a poem
she wrote.  I have her permission to share it with you.

If the work doesn't get done
The business doesn't run
If the busines doesn't run
Inevitable failure comes
If inevitable failure comes 
Every member succumbs

Reliable and on time
Then our work will shine
Co-ordinate, co-operate, communicate
The results are always great.

Every members work is needed
And if this advice goes unheeded
The homes we have are risked
And the co-ops a*** is kissed ..... goodbye.

Nah, not that ashamed actualy. I'm emailing from Melbourne, Australia so I
thought it was pretty cool to be able to mention two American places to buy
this great book.

My apologies for the bad link & sloppy referencing though. Turns out that
these Amazon.com links are really long and don't travel well via email.

Anyone has any opinions on the relevance of the book itself?
