I hope the 'rumoured to exist' bit was just a tease.  I've been speaking
from Pinakarri Community in Western Australia for 5 years.  New Zealand's
Eco-housing people are long-term subscribers.  There are also people from
Tasmania, Victoria and Queensland that are/have been participants, some are
cohousing dwellers.
