We included consensus and the bankers had no problem with it, so long as
there is also a fall-back to voting after, say, three attempts.

in a private email, i sent robert the four additional operating
agreement-type documents that we got when we put out a similar request many
months ago.  we, too, got the island coho docs on line.

concerning consensus, the general consensus seems to be that you should NOT
try to legally describe consensus, as it makes bankers nervous.  also, when
push comes to shove, consensus just can't be reached, and a decision must be
made - a clearly written legal agreement will serve you better.
