Hi all
Diversity is often limited because the housing stock requires members to be 
wealthy and purchase a home.  Provide lower income opportunities and it is 
more likely a community will be able to attract non-white middle class 
members.  N Street is 50% rental and almost the same lower income members. 
About 10% are from minority races.
