Cohousing-L Mailing List: question about bonuses to project managers

Jackson Place Cohousing hired a project manager to help us build our
project, and we all agree that she did an invaluable job.  Now that the
project is built and we are all moved in, we are discussing the possibility
of giving our project manager a bonus for her hard work.  We've had
recommendation of anything from $200 to $5000.  We would like to know if
other cohousing groups that have hired project managers have given bonuses
and if so, how much.
