> I believe I had heard that optimum was greater than 16 households and less > than 35 There is stuff in the archives about this. There is also the issue of size of households. We have 43 households but fewer people than many smaller communities because we have a lot of single person households and smaller apartments instead of single family houses. I like the large community because it means more diversity. I don't bump into everyone everyday. But smaller communities tend to be more homogenous.
