Lynn,

Thanks for your excellent description of your community dinner. I'm sure it 
was pretty ho-hum for you, but for those of us thinking about co-housing, 
any such descriptions of day-to-day activities are very welcome. It sounded 
a lot like the meal preps I was in on as a teenager in my very large family 
when all the women would gather in the kitchen and visit while they 
prepared the meal. I really miss that since the family has dispersed over 
the continent and/or begun to die. I guess, in thinking about it, that's 
one of the things I'm looking to re-establish in a co-housing community: 
that sense of belonging.
