I found the following model for checking consensus useful: If you can give permission for the proposal to go ahead as is, show 1 finger. If you have an unresolved issue, or question, show 2 fingers. Then the facilitator focuses on the folks with 2 fingers showing. Seems to cut right to the issues very quickly. Rob Sandelin Sharingwood --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
