We are less than 6 months away from construction completion at this
cohousing community, which includes a working farm, a 250 acre forest, and
an institute focused on sustainabiity research and education.  More than
half of the 23 families/individuals who are founding members already live on
site.  The last building to be completed will be the Common House.  A wing
of the common house holds two guest rooms and 3 apartments.  An apartment
remains the only unsold unit.  We actively encourage exploration of this
