Cohousing-L Mailing List: small cohousing groups and financial structures

Hi all, 
I'm helping out an alaskan group of future cohousers and 
have a few questions on two subjects:

first if any one out there lives in a community of 8-12, 
especially on the smaller size, I'd love to hear about your 
experience, how has that worked out for you, are you happy 
with the size, why did you choose that size- how are the 
group dynamics- aka do you find yourself spending too much 
time in group/emotional processing.  Any words of wisdom, 
experience, advice would be greatly appreciated.

second: how have you/different groups dealt with financial 
structures on how to return invested dollars when a family 
drops out of the orgranizing cohousing group?
