One of my concerns is that perhaps whole groups spend too much time in training and more should be spent by 2 group members who really make this a focus and learn how to guide a process. Each member taking responsibility for the quality of a meeting is very different than each person being a skilled facilitator. Members (or a majority of them) need to have a working understanding of achieving consent as a process and learn to trust the facilitators, but they don't have to be the experts. Specialization allows forward movement with only one pair of boots.
