Question: do folks recommend getting legal advice from 
someone familiar with cohousing or with a local familiar 
with state laws?  if it's the former could you recommend 
anyone.

if someone has a bigger house do they get more voting 
rights/power if it comes to that?  do they pay a greater 
percentage of the common costs?  Has your community 
addresses this issue?
