This discussion (at a global level) fosters innovation and synergy. Who
is served by emphasising national boundaries? 
In my opinion, it's best to develop a national website as a reference
point for national differences such as legislation etc.
But, for the purposes of networking, I'd prefer to emphasise the
commonalities...
