Hello and happy new year to you. I have some very exciting and wonderful
news.....

A colleague and I will be facilitating a 6 session series beginning early
February that will focus on aligning values with life choices and intuition.
Each person will be able to discover and utilize their way of connecting
with
their intuition and "inner wisdom." These will be conducted in a safe
environment, orchestrated to facilitate accessing and assessing inner and
possibly unconscious core values and then, if desired, participants can
realign them and release, heal, or remove any obstacles getting in the way
of
living life congruent with these personal values. We will be using
meditation, creative exercises, journaling, guided imagery, humor and
homework.
