My neighbors the Salems are moving to a different house here, and their
current house is now for sale.

(Only our second sale in 6 years, so our waiting list is a bit rusty.)

New View is in Acton MA, one 'burb west of Concord MA. Asking price is
$440,000, which is market rate out here.

It's a 3-bedroom, 1920 square foot house. One bedroom is currently used as a
den, and there's a big walkout basement that could be used to add more
livable square feet.

It's in a gorgeous location next to conservation land and away from the
parking lot.
