Join Utah's only cohousing community.  Unit for sale at Wasatch Commons,

NO stairs.  Covered assigned parking. Landscaping mostly done. $129,000.  If
owner is not able to sell, will rent at $875/month.  Community monthly
assessment $96/month.

The community has 26 households on 4 1/2 acres, and about 50 residents, ages
two through retirement.  Facilities include kitchen and dining room,
sitting/meeting rooms, office, guestroom, laundry, sewing/crafts room,
workshop, garage, exercise room/dojo, garden, orchard, kids room, playing
field, and play structures.  Meals two to three times weekly. Participation
requirements include committee membership, cooking or cleanup twice month,
monthly chore team twice a year, and some work parties.

Wasatch Commons is three minutes' walk to the bus, and two miles to the
light-rail station; half a mile to I-215, a mile to I-15, and two miles by
freeway to the I-80 interchange; three miles to downtown, and five miles to
the University of Utah; fifteen minutes to Salt Lake International Airport;
half an hour to hiking trails, bird refuges, and powder snow skiing; a
couple of hours drive to some of the most magnificent scenery on Earth --
Utah has more national parks than any other state.

Salt Lake is home to Ballet West, the Ririe-Woodbury Dance Company, the Utah
Symphony, the Capital Theater, the Utah Museum of Natural History, the Utah
Museum of Fine Arts, the Utah State Arboretum, Red Butte Garden, the
University of Utah, Westminster College, the University of Utah Hospital
