Cohousing-L Mailing List: Sharing Circles

Hi all,

We have a tough topic coming up for discussion in our group, and I was 
thinking that a "sharing circle" might be a good way to work on it. 
Trouble is, I'm not sure how they work!

Can the folks who use this sort of meeting tell me more about how it works? 
Or point me at some more information on it?
