Catya: Here is the CCR language: "Firearms: The owner of any firearms maintained in the Development, including, but not limited to, handguns, shotguns and rifles, shall maintain the firearms in strict compliance with all appropriate laws and shall take all necessary and prudent steps to secure the firearms in an appropriate place and in an appropriate manner to prevent access by children. The Board shall have the right to adopt Rules regulating the maintenance and storage of firearms within the Development."
