We actually had the BBQ thingy come up this past summer. Takoma Village is
a very urban, densely developed community -- 43 households on 1.43 acres.
At least one of our community who has allergies was bothered by the fumes of
charcoal and lighter fluid wafting up to the member's balconey. This was
resolved by using propane gas BBQ's. However, some other members felt/feel
this diminished the essence of grilling.
