I did some checking and Austrailian cohousing person (but not

That site actually provides access to Graham's photography web site as
well as his cohousing research site.  About the latter he says:

   This site focuses on cohousing research and education.  It
   includes previously published papers and a discussion of the place of
   cohousing in architectural education; Cohousing is a new housing model
   which incorporates private dwellings and shared facilities; Residents
   are an intentional community; They share resources and develop a
   richer than 'normal' social life. Although most cohousing exists in
   Denmark, Holland and Sweden, this site focuses on North American
   examples.
