Per popular demand, I dug up the budget info for this position.

In the words of our inestimable Dennis Jay, TCN comm team leader and
Annapolis coho member, "we pegged this job at 25 to 30 hours per month at
a fee of $1,200/month."

In other words, "don't quit your day job" (or take one up that involves
too much overtime). The Cohousing Network is still a small nonprofit with
tight budgets that have to be stretched quite a long ways. This is good
as far as getting the most value for every dollar contributed or paid in
membership dues, but it does mean that we can't pay a lot, even for
essential tasks like these... although this job does have the potential
to help provide us with the means to go further in the future.

We have, according to TCN Executive Directory Roy O'Shaughnessy, received
lots of applications for the two positions, so do act soon if you're
interested.
