At RoseWind -- sharply aware of the liability, both moral and financial, involved if someone (especially a minor) drinks your alcohol and then drives into someone(s)-- we have a strict understanding that alcohol is never left in the common house. We do have beer or wine at various occasions, like some meals or parties, but any leftovers are taken home. We've considered some sort of locked place in the pantry for it, which would be fairly secure, but so far it just goes home.
