i'm aware of some simple 2 high parking machines intended for single
family residences that could be dedicated to a high roofed single space-
this could allow an additional spot to those families that want/ need two
cars in one space in a tall garage without everyone having to pay for the
extra machinery if the garage was built tall enough. i think you might
have to jockey the cars around, though (move the bottom car to get the
top one out)
