I think there is a very profound truth in this tagline -- over every aspect
of  living, some of us laugh and some of us cry.

When we try to decide whether to rotate jobs or allow specialization, this
is a key factor. Who gets the job done most comfortably for everyone else in
the group, the one who cries or the one who laughs?
